Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Preparation, sharing and filing of statutory documents, forms, and returns with MCA and other regulatory bodies, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Assist in Preparation, sharing and filing of board and general meeting documents and circulate them for approval of the line manager before circulating to the clients, as & when required.
  • Assist in Ensuring updating of statutory registers and corporate records for assigned clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist in Ensuring proper filing, storage, and archiving of corporate documents both physically and electronically.
  • Assist in Updating & reviewing the master sheet upon completion of a particular task such as FLA, DPT-3, KYC etc. on a timely basis.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder (BBA, BCom, B.A and BBM).
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
  • Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage.
  • Good Communication skills.
